CSSHL student-athletes Logan Chang, Cole Chudyk and Michael Puddicombe have signed WHL Scholarship and Development Agreements with their respective teams.
Acquiring 54 points (10G, 44A) through two CSSHL U15 Prep seasons, Chang was a vital piece to BWC Academy’s blueline and special teams. Chang would be signed after being selected 114th overall by the Prince Albert Raiders at the 2026 WHL Prospects Draft and suiting up for one preseason game in the WHL.
A forward reigning out of Lamont, AB, Chudyk posted an outstanding season with Calgary IHA’s U15 Prep squad. Chudyk would help Calgary IHA clinch their first CSSHL U15 Prep title at the 2026 Western Championships after posting 32 points through the regular season. After a successful season, the Kelowna Rockets would select Chudyk with their first pick in the third round. Following training camp, the Rockets would sign Chudyk to his WHL contract. Chudyk is set to play with Calgary IHA’s U18 Prep team ahead of the 2026/27 season.
Puddicombe played the last two seasons with BWC Academy’s U15 and U15 Prep programs, posting 60 points across both seasons. The North Vancouver, BC native would be selected by the Moose Jaw Warriors in the fourth round of the 2026 WHL Prospects Draft. Puddicombe is set to play a third year with BWC Academy, moving up to the U18 Prep program for the 2026/27 season.
